Safe disposal of my old HP 7510 Office Jet printer

I want to dispose of my old HP Office Jet 7510 printer safely - do I need to wipe the hard disk (is there one ?) or any other actions to wipe memory of documents printed / scanned before disposing at a refuse collection centre ?

There is no disk or memory on the printer to store data, you can safely recycle it.
