I saw a message that my HP Printer may have a problem that needs an update. I can't find the download I am supposed to use.

Welcome to HP forums, I see that your printer shows a message to update

 

Perform a power reset

  1. Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
  2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
  3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  4. Wait at least 30 seconds.
  5. Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector and printer.
  6. Turn on the printer.

Update the printer firmware

Refer this HP document to update the printer firmware:- Click here

I had a message I found after I saw yours. It was from a woman and it took me to a place for several files to download . There was one that wouldn't open It was 0JP8620_1 exe The others were installed" (J862)_198.. I am quoting a response I gave to another technician on the forum. I don't know if he was a worker but your answer was the one that helped me. Thank you.
