We have set up the printer, and many functions are already working. However, it is not possible to send a scan directly from the printer to a PC, no matter which driver I install, it doesn't work. We simply want to send a scan directly to a folder. Surely this should be possible somehow? Can someone help me?

Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Section Scan > Scan to Network Folder (Job Defaults)

and

Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Section Quick Sets > Add / Edit / Copy / Delete Quick Set Profile

  • On the EWS Home page, click the Settings tab.
  • In the left pane, click Control Panel Customization, and then click Quick Sets.
  • Click the Add icon .
  • From the Type drop-down list, select Scan to Network folder, enter a name to display on the control panel for the Quick Sets, and then follow the onscreen instructions to add a Quick Set profile for a network folder. When finished, click Next.
  • Follow the onscreen instructions to set up the network folder, authentication requirements, and scan and file configurations. When finished, click Apply.
