Scan to email feature: error user/pw dont match, just changed email pw-where do I update it????

I usually scan to email directly from my printer to my email. 

Recently I had to update the password on my email address (**bleep**) that I used when I setup the printer. 

I do not find where I can update the password on the printer/printer system. 

when I try to scan from the printer, i get the error "the username and password do not match" "smpt server error"

I am on Mac Sonoma 14.5 Desktop

all the downloads/support apps do not work and I just need to update the password.

Consider / Try

Select and Edit the Scan to Email Profile using the Embedded Web Server (EWS).

Reminder

Most email providers have shut / disabled "Less Secure Apps" -

• Open your email at your email provider's site
• Open the Security
• Enable 2FA (formally called 2-Step Verification) -
• Create an App Password - Make a note of the password
• Use that App Password in place of the email password in your Scan to Email Profile.

NOTE:  Find printer IP address

Section Open the EWS over a local network orientation

Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar
