I have installed a new Printer MEP E77825. I have been facing this problem since yesterday please solve my problemScreenshot (27).png

HP Smart why are you using HP Smart with HP managed printer? Those two won't work.

 

Install full driver and software, don't use the HP Smart app.

Just the print option is showing in this software/driver but the scan option is not showing. Please solve my problem.Screenshot (28).png

Managed printers don't support scanning from a computer with an app like non managed printers.
