Hi, I'm using HP Laser MFP 137fnw everything is installed. Can print but the problem is scanning, I installed and uninstalled the scan driver but it still doesn't function. What may be the cause of the problem and what's the solution to it.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Here's what you need to do:
- Uninstall HP printer software, and then remove the printer from your Devices list.
- Restart the PC
- Close all programs
- download only this complete package: HP Laser MFP 130 Printer series Full Solution Software and Drivers
(Operating Systems: Windows 11, Release date: Jan 29, 2022) - Close all programs
- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo > in folder Downloads double-click on the File name: HP_Laser_MFP_131_133_135-138_Full_Software_and_Drivers_1.17.exe (86.3 MB)
- The installation was completed successfully, now you must ...
- Restart the PC again
- Now the installation is complete.
Document error messages accurately, even better is to take a screenshot of it and upload here.
