Hello community. I need secure erase/reset options help with HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One. Can anyone assist? The AI suggested contacting HP Support, but the product is out of extended warranty now. I want to donate the machine, but not with recoverable memory. Lots of scanned documents in there. Please help me. Thanks.

Thanks so much, Fabio. I will try that. One question…if I do the reset, then the info isn’t recoverable? At all, rright?
