Hi.
Original issue - I am having trouble with printing full pages through my printer. It only prints half pages.
I am trying to contact support regarding help a none of the articles have helped and I have reset it, factory reset it, realigned cartridges, used new cartridges, cleaned the mech etc etc.
New issue - I cannot contact support. My serial number is not recognised. It is also not recognised in the 'check your warranty section'?. I have used the detect my product software and it found it but when trying to add the product...it has either told me that it has been added to my support dashboard (and it hasn't been), or it tells me that I can add that product later!
One rather frustrated customer now!
How do I proceed?!

If your printer only prints half pages maybe the ink cartridges needs cleaning.
