Laserjet 1020
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to set up my laserjet 1020 on a new computer. When I run print and scan doctor, it sees the printer. I then click on "Next" . It then begins communicating with the printer. It then says "The selected product is not connected" and asks me to select the connection method I am using. The printer is already connected by USB, so I select "USB". It then gives me some options. I have tried different USB cords and different USB ports. The USB cable is connected directly to the computer and I have powered the computer and the printer off and on many times to try again with the same results. Does anyone have any suggestions or am I out of luck?
