I bought a HP DeskJet 2710 printer. I set it up and its connected but it keeps giving me that I need to place the setup cartridges for my first print. I do have the setup cartridges in The printer but it is not recognising it as so. I tried cleaning the cartridge code, resetting the printer but nothing is working. also the colour label on the printer is flashing. What am I supposed to do ? Please help I need this urgently fixed

Hi @Souaa,

We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
