Product: HP envy Photo 7830

My printer came with damaged SETUP ink - I’ve bought new ink but the printer won’t accept this as setup ink and therefore cannot use my new printer. Is there a way to override the setup ink so I can use the new ink? I bought HP ink from the website so it’s the legit ink.

I have sent you a private message with the steps to bypass the setup ink message which is specific to your printer. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
