HP ENVY Photo 7858 All-in-One Printer

Hello there, I’m setting up my new printer out of the box and have installed the cartridges that were included. They do not say “setup cartridge” so I’m not sure they are the correct ones that I need-from various research it looks like I cannot buy them separately, however I’ve seen some similar posts in this community and am hopeful there is a work around via some sort of reset. Can you please advise? Many many thanks.

I'd like to help!

 

We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error 

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • In order to access your private messages, click the support private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link:  https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage
