HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

I want to install Softpaq  bi-267585-14, not sure if I should. The SoftPac is for my   HP Officejet Pro 9010 series printer. The update has a Red Cloud symbol with a red arrow pointing down. There is 1 update available. I can use some advice with this.

Thanks for taking the time to read this and your response.

Thanks for the quick response. I'm sorry for the confusion, you're correct. It is a PC update. The update is referencing the printer. I tried looking for info on this Softpaq, could not find anything. Thanks again.

Typically softpaq updates refer to computers not printers. Where did this come up? I would be very wary of any softpaq claiming to be a printer update. Printer updates normally  come as a firmware update.
