HP Photosmart C4480 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Dell Inspiron15 5000 Series laptop suffered a Hard Drive failure 2 weeks ago. Dell have replaced the Hard Drive, and have re-installed Windows 10. This version of Windows no longer appears to support my Photosmart C4480 printer. I have downloaded HP Support Solution Framework, HP Support Assistant. Whenever I try to  open the file it gives me I get a pop-up box saying 'Cannot delete output file'. I've tried to telephone HP but get totally lost in their multi choice menu system. Dell technicians have done their level best to resolve my problems, but they suggest now that maybe HP can help? This is the medium to which they have directed me.
