I bought the HP ENVY Photo 7830 All-in-One Printer couple months ago. The start-up ink did not work and I cannot find a way to work the **bleep** thing without bypassing the setup stage. i've spent over a 100 pound for it and its really frustrating. I posted onto the forum before but noone has helped me yet. Very disappointed as I can see others with the same issue who have been given a solution.
