Hello

Tried to reset my printer after getting a message of ink system problem and ended up in an endless animation loop. Tried to remove and reinstall ink cartridges but no luck! Please help on how to get out of this mess.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Resolving 'Ink System Failure', 'System Supply Problem' Errors and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

When you say animation what are you referring to? Could you share a picture of the same?

Unfortunately there's no options to attach the picture in here. If you have an email address, then I can email you the picture.

The animation that I am referring to is the one that show you removing the print head and installing the inks. After finished, there's no next button but only a replay button so that it couldn't go to the next process. When I got the ink problem message, I tried to reset the printer and this was how I got stuck in this installing inks animation loops.

The video is to help you resolve the error, if the issue is not resolved and the video is replayed every time, it is a hardware issue.

 

You can reach out to HP Support in your region or take it to the nearest printer store.
