Je n'ai pas trouvé sur le site HP de pilote pour mon système d'exploitation Mac OS 10.15 Catalina. Mon ordinateur voit l'imprimante et accède aux informations (niveaux de fournitures) mais lorsque je veux imprimer, un message d'erreur apparaît "Arrêté - erreur de "filter". Que puis-je faire ? Merci pour votre aide !

 

I can't find any HP driver for my operatig system Mac OS 10.15 Catalina. The computer recognizes the printer, but I can't print, I get an error message.

What can I do ?

What is the error you get?

 

Uninstall all the HP printer software as shown in this document.

 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your MAC.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Also, check for any software updates on MAC

Click the Apple icon > About This Mac > Software Update and install any available update.

 

Make sure the printer and the MAC are connected.

Click here to download the printer drivers from HP Support site.

Try printing.
