Anyone perform region reset on Tango X printer?

Why do you want to perform a region reset on the printer?

Could you elaborate on the issue for better understanding?

I moved from US to Australia. I had the printer in the US. I brought 1 set of cartridges with me from US: 64xl, but they are now empty. I purchased 804xl cartridges in Australia like they HP website says. I haven’t had success with regional reset with customer service.

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.  

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.  

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
