Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This is the program I am referring to: HP Scan Extended\bin\HPScan.exe
These images illustrate the problem

I use this program often and this is the first time I've see this behavior.  Being able to define shortcuts is especially important to me.
