Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Trouble connecting my Dell Latitude Laptop E6220 (windows 10) to HP Envy 4527 even after downloading driver. I haveb shut down the laptop, router and printer too. It did connect before so Im wondering if a Windows update might have changed something. This is the only thing that has been alter since original successful connection. Thanks

@Woobird

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Do you get any error message?

Let's reset the network settings on the Printer:

On the printer's control panel -

1) Touch the "Wireless icon".

2) Touch the "Settings" icon.

3) Select "Restore Network Settings".

4) Select "Yes".

Once done, from the printer control panel, touch ( Wireless ). 2. Touch ( Settings ). 3. Touch Wireless Setup Wizard. 4. Follow the display instructions to complete the setup.

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
