Well, I don´t know, this printer is designed to work with Intel, AMD computers, so maybe it is not compatible.
Meanwhile you can try to Add printer using Windows drivers, check the next video:

I suggest you try the Smart UPD driver which does support both ARM processors and PCL3 which is the typical language used by inkjet printers.
