Product: DeskJet 2755e

Good  Afternoon,

After several frustrating hours, I finally got my neighbor's Chromebook & DeskJet 2755e to recognize each other. However, we still cannot print. She can print from her Android phone & old Toshiba laptop. After trying to print, I opened the print queue and the document is there without any errors. The progress bar is full but the cancel button is still usable. I do not know what else to try. (I did use the HP Smart app to get to this point.)

Thanks for any assistance.
