Product: Envy 5540
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks

Two weeks ago I found in HP a Technico Ian that installed like TeamViewer. It worked for some days and then suddenly it takes 5 minutes to wait for processing until 1 page printed. I don’t know where I found this perfect service from HP, does anyone know where to go to find this service again

This is third-party software you can find using an Internet search - there are versions for home use and corporate use.

 

TeamViewer - Remove Desktop Software

We did not use TeamViewer, the technician worked and installed like a teamviewer. We did not have any contact, he did the installation himself

Hi,

From your description, I can understand that the printer prints, but it takes a while to print any file? please correct me if I may misunderstand your intention.

 

What is your exact OS version? is it 10.9 indeed or any later version?

 

How is the printer connected to your Mac, via USB or wirelessly?
