Unable to access answer

HP Recommended

I posted a question asking how to set up an HP DeskJet 2700 printer on a Linux computer. I received an email telling me that an answer was available. I logged in to read the answer. A notice on a red background appeared which read "You do not have sufficient privilages for this resource or it's parent to perform this action. Click your browser's Back button to continue". I clicked it and was logged out. Please tell me how to access the answer to my original question.

Welcome to the HP Community.

Be Aware:

Do not respond to individuals who post phone numbers or email addresses.

Do not respond to individuals who ask you to provide private information in a public Post.

These people might be scammers trying to steal your information / money.

It is possible the "answer" was actually an attempt to scam the person who posted the original question (you).

Typically, these bad actors promise help and instead deliver misery.

When unsavory individuals squirm through the barriers and are caught, their entries (posts) are removed.

Regardless, once removed, there is no access to the deleted post.
