Not being able to install the printer's driver. Tried  using the setup via HP SMart, HP Easy Start. Tried the Firmware Update and HP Scan and Fix but still not working.

Did try uninstalling the driver via 'printui /s /t2'
Had tried referring to

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-Setup-Software-Drivers/Officejet-4650-driver-quot-unavailable-...

and 

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printers-Archive-Read-Only/driver-download-failure-error-1627/td-p/613...

and also 

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-hardware/trying-to-un-ininstall-print-dr...

 but with no success.

 

Printer does work with other device such as mobile phone. But only facing issue on PC as driver is unable to be install.

Hi,

Please right-click the Start menu and select System.

Scroll down to Windows Specifications, and clarify what is the exact listed Version.

 

Also,

If you open the Control Panel and select Uninstall a Program, then search for HP - can you see any results on the list?

 

What exact results are shown?

Windows Specification… version is 1809

 

Search in Uninstall a Program > Programs & Features response: “no items match your search”

Please update your operating system to its latest version, there are crucial updates missing from your PC.

 

Please follow below steps to update your operating system, repeat the steps till checking for updates provide no additional updates:

Once completing any OS update, try reinstalling the HP Software and  check for any difference.
