Hi @ali2720,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
The HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2135 All-in-One Printer is supported on standard x64-based versions of Windows operating systems. However, your new ASUS ARM64 Snapdragon Copilot+ PC uses a different architecture, and this may be the root cause of the issue you're encountering.
Your new ASUS device runs Windows on ARM (WoA), which supports a limited range of traditional drivers and applications. Unfortunately, as of now, the HP full-feature drivers and software for DeskJet 2135 are not fully compatible with Windows 11 on ARM-based processors.
Recommended Steps:
- Try Windows Built-In Drivers:
- Connect your printer via USB.
- Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
- Click Add a printer or scanner.
- Wait and choose “The printer that I want isn’t listed”.
- Select Add a local printer with manual settings.
- Use the USB001 port.
- Select HP > HP DeskJet 2130 Series (Class Driver) or similar.
- Use Basic Print Capabilities Only:
- This may allow printing (but not scanning) until native drivers are made available.
- This may allow printing (but not scanning) until native drivers are made available.
- HP Smart for ARM:
- Try downloading HP Smart from the Microsoft Store directly on your ARM device.
- If HP Smart installs but fails to add the printer, this confirms the driver gap on ARM.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
