Trying to sign up for the hp+ program but I get to an error screen (Error Code: UA_400_E0000U0004) that says my printer is under a different account. Makes no sense since the printer is a brand new one. I've checked on your HP Support Community and saw an other guy had my same issue. Followed HP employee instructions and reset the Web Services, but issue persists.
I've been using different operative systems, such as Windows, macOS and iOS, but I always get the very same error screen.
Thank you in advance for your support

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd love to help.
Let's restore the Printer's settings: To restore the printer to the original factory defaults 1. Lift the cartridge access door to expose the cartridge area. 2. While the cartridge access door is open, press and hold (the Power button) and Wireless button on the back of the printer for three seconds.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Thanks!
