Every so often, I have an end user that has to restart the printer spooler service before he can print to his printer. I have deleted the driver and have reinstalled it via the official HP package and the problem starts immediately. The printer works fine with other devices, mobile devices included. Like i said it does work after restarting the printer spooler, but the problem comes back shortly after a few more prints. any guidance would be helpful.

Hi,
Try following below version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe
Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.
Try printing and check for any difference, if the same remains try printing using the newly added printer copy and check.
