You might have to reset the printer to fix this issue.

First of all, thank you for your always valuable and timely answers. However I write from Italy and then connect by phone, with the United States or Great Britain has costs. The warranty of the printer has expired, so if for having solved a problem, which did not depend on my tampering with the printer, but I think it depends on a technical problem that I did not create So if there is the possibility of solving the problem for free, well, otherwise I do not want to face costs in this way .
