Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just installed a new Arris Surfboard modem/router and now I can longer scan documents from any of my printers to save on my computer.

 

Is there a setting I need to update on the surfboard to allow me to do this now?

 

Thanks for any help you can give me.
