"WARRANTY EXPIRED" FOR A NEW PRINTER BOUGHT JUST TWO DAYS AGO.

THE PRINTER DOES NOT WORK, JUST LIKE YOUR PHONE LINES DO NOT EXIST.

I NEED ASSISTANCE. ASAP - URGENTLY.

The warranty check is determined within HP database from devices serial number, sometimes a device is stored a longer period in a warehouse or in a store before the customer buys it. 

 

If you have a valid proof of purchase you will have no problem to dispute your warranty with HP

I would highly recommend you to check the expiration date on each ink cartridge if they expired you got a really old stock device.

As I said, the issue is URGENT. Escalate whatever needs to be escalated. The proof of Purchase has been sent already quite a few times and still no response.

I need a real person with knowledge (if you ever employ experts anymore) who is able to help me with the installation.

I went trough ALL of the steps of the Virtual Assistant already, several times.

The fact that you don't even have a single phone number to even just explain my situation is appalling. 

NEVER again HP.

Meanwhile I need to solve this asap.

Shall I just give back the Printer to the shop I bought it from?

I am really not used to deal with incompetent and careless people.

The Warranty is STILL shown as expired in 2016 for a NEW product.

I am still NOT allowed to talk to anyone in technical support and get help on how to set it up.

What a useless company. Never again.
