Want out-of-box-experience reset due to Instant Ink icon and prior subset of setup cartridges

Dear Kumar0307, HP Support Agent,
  Please send me a way to get an out-of-box-experience (OOBE) reset for my HP DeskJet 4155e printer with my 6 month supply of Instant Ink promised to me.  The issue that I am having is the presence
of the Instant Ink icon on the printer display panel.  I am willing to temporarily replace the two free large cartridges, that HP sent to me by mail, with the two small setup cartridges.  When my
associate first opened the printer out of the box, the black setup cartridge had been lost.  However, I recently found it, and I am willing to try the OOBE reset for the first time, hoping that I
don't yet have to clean the print heads of either of the two  small setup cartridges sent to me a couple of weeks ago.  Thank you.

I understand you would like to perform an OOB reset on the printer. 

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
