1. Install the HP Smart App

  • Go to the App Store (iPad) or Google Play Store (Android tablet).
  • Search for "HP Smart".
  • Download and install the app.

2. Open HP Smart and Sign In

  • Launch the app.
  • Sign in with your HP account or create one if you don’t have it.

3. Connect Your Tablet to Wi-Fi

  • Make sure your tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your printer.

4. Add Your Printer

  • In the HP Smart app, tap “+” or “Add Printer”.
  • The app will search for nearby printers.
  • Select your printer from the list.
    • If it doesn’t show up, make sure the printer is powered on and Wi-Fi is enabled.

5. Complete Setup

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to finish the setup.
  • You may be prompted to install any updates or enable features like Print Anywhere.
