Product: HP officejet 5230

Hi, We are a charity who have been donated a printer but the printer is already registered to HP ink. We do not have the previous details of the registration so cannot log into the printers account. We need to register the printer to ourselves but the printer won't allow it. Any ideas, information and suggestions will be gratefully received.
