Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently got different wifi, because of issues. So I connected my old printer to the new wifi, but for some reason, the Web Services button is blinking, and my computer says my printer isn't connected, even though the diagnostic pages say the wifi is connected. Connection to your own network and the printer connection to the Internet (Web Services) are two different things.

 

Start Web Services on the printer.

 

Help:

Turning On Web Services

Open website:  HP Connected 

Open category How to > Turning On Web Services  (Includes “Turn off Web Services” help)

 

and

User Guide
