Check Internet Connection
- Ensure your Wi-Fi is stable and the printer is connected to the same network as your PC.
- Restart your router if needed.
Reset the Printer
- Turn off the printer, unplug it for 60 seconds, then plug it back in and power it on.
Use the HP Smart App
- Download and install HP Smart from the Microsoft Store.
- Open HP Smart and sign in to your HP account.
- Click Add Printer and follow the on-screen steps.
Manually Connect to Wi-Fi
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the printer until it blinks.
- Open your PC’s Wi-Fi settings, connect to the printer’s direct Wi-Fi (HP-Setup-XXXX).
- Open HP Smart and follow the setup steps to reconnect the printer to your Wi-Fi.
Use a Different Device or Browser
- Try registering with a different PC or mobile device.
- If using a browser, clear cache/cookies or try a different browser.
