When I try to switch from photo 5x7 to paper 8.5 x 11 I get a message to insert a memory card????

When I try to switch the paper tray from photo paper 5x7 to paper 8.5 x 11 I get a message to insert a memory card????  I have no idea what this means. I print from a chromebook and  I never had this problem before. Also, my choices for paper sizes has become limited.

Make sure the papers are inserted properly and the tray is pushed/closed completely.

Check for any updates on the Chromebook.

Open the document you would like to print, click on more settings > paper size. If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.

Resetting the printer to its factory settings may help.

• The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
