Product: HP DeskJet 4120e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

in HP Smart app the diagnose & fix button disappeared (left bottom) when the "Security Monitored" icon shows below the printer.

When I enter a menu like printer settings and then return back to Home then for a short period of time till the appearance of Security Monitored message the diagnose & fix button is briefly visible (and operational). See pictures below... What does  "Security Monitored" and why it makes the diagnose & fix button to disappear?

With "Security Monitored" the diagnose & fix button is not visible (this is the "steady state" of the app)

When I return Home from another (sub)-menu (e.g. printer settings or help and support) then the diagnose & fix button is briefly visible
