This is more about HP support than the printer itself. Thanks to the way HP handled things my client is gone.
They made me wait for months, said they tried to contact me when they did not (my answering machine works fine), and simply closed the case. No solution, no work around, nothing. Just closed it.
This has happened multiple times over the years.
Perhaps if we can fix support, eventually I'll get a fix for the printer.
In the mean time, I'll be hitting the bricks looking for another client.
