I just got a new laptop during the pandemic. I've literally only turned it on maybe 5 times! The store can't take it back because of the covid 19 pandemic. I have reached out to "support" several times to get automated helpers that send me in circles for months now. I've messaged "support" to get absolutely no help at all. Each time I log in it says warranty is expired yet I know I bought a 2yr warranty.  They have ruined a brand new computer by sending me a virus update that crashed it .I can't see anything on the screen and when I held a light up to it It said stopcode: critical error failure or something of that nature.  Apparently you can't get a real person on the phone to help with anything I'm sure everyone has a bad warranty considering their poor communication & business practices! i think it is ridiculous that they aren't supporting or helping with the crap they've messed up! I'm not taking apart a computer when I'm not a computer technician and almost certain that would void the warranty I paid for. How many other people has this happened to
