Product: HP DeskJet Plus 4130 All-in-One Printer

I recently had a new Wi-Fi hub installed. Now I can't get anything to print from my laptop & the status shows that the 'printer is asleep'.

Thank you for your response. I have to say I don't know if the link would have resolved the issue as I have already managed to get the problem solved by paying to be able to speak directly to the HP support team. I do appreciate your offer of assistance.
