Repeat: Why is my HP Envy5660 always failing to install on my HP Pavilion15? It is always crashing at the end of the installation. All services are running, but always failing.

Hi @MajesticMini471,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I understand you're experiencing an issue with setting up HP smart app for your printer on the device from which you want to print.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, I'm here to help you today.
Please follow the below steps to fix the issue.
A) Kindly refer to the steps on this link to troubleshoot and let me know if that resolves the issue.
B) If the issue still persists, uninstall the printer software by following the steps from this link and restart the devices.
C) Install the printer software by clicking on the link again and let me know if that resolves the issue.
Note: Enable Bluetooth for an HP Smart app setup: Enable Bluetooth on your computer or mobile device so that HP Smart can detect the printer during the setup.
Please mark this post as “Accepted Solution” if the issue is resolved and if you feel this reply was helpful click “Yes”.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day

I have tried all of these steps, and none of them help the package follow any batch command. This is very very displeasing. The problem is that Oracle Java6<, .Net3<, Python3<, and even Swift3< do nothing but crash users and kernels' commands. This issue had never existed when it was programmed all C++ and binary. Right, Leonard Minney, Gen.Manager, Grandpa? Now, all drivers do is fail to ever install, whatsoever! Do any of you know how to make a batch or command file that makes the kernel install the driver, successfully? The other issue is that all systems of every type, since 2007, do nothing but fail all users. DOS3.1 and UNIX (NO JAVA) at least know how to install without crashing in command.
