Product: HP M255dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

We have two Macs in our small office, both of which print duplex on the printer absolutely fine.

 

The one PC we have WILL NOT print duplex. It seems to try to, as when we print a 2 page document, it prints the 2nd page first but then feeds a new sheet of paper to print page 1. This computer used to print duplex absolutely fine but then stopped suddenly and I have been unable to rectify the problem.

 

If anyone can offer any help or advice that would be great, as I really really need to get this problem sorted, thanks in advance.
