HP P2014
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cannot install the driver.

My printer worked on earlier versions of Win10x64. After upgrading to win 1903. When I start the diver installation, it stops with the installation. It asks me to plug in the USB cable to continue the installation. Of course, the cable is connected and the printer is turned on.

My MB is Asus H110M-C.

There are 4-5 USB2 and one USB3 ports on the back. He's never worked before. Now I read your post and remembered that priner is connecting to a USB3 hub. It supports both USB 2 and 1.1. The printer is now working. How? Don't know?

Thanks.

I did not write that my pre-Windows update to 1903 printer was on USB from MB and was working. In the same place with Win 1903 does not work.
