Windows 10 drivers/software needed

Right here goes.

I have the following printer which has given reliable service for over 6 years, but it no longer wishes to play ball and it is driving me mad with stress.

I had to up date to a windows 10 (MSI GP62 7RD) laptop 2 years ago and ever since then the printer has be giving grief and not doing what I need it two do. I have tryed using the original softare disc with no luck.

I have downloaded the recomended software for the printer 3 times  and had no luck in getting the software to install as it is only works aon windows 7/8.

I am at a loss on what to do as I have tryed ever trick in the book to in stall the software.

I am on a low income and need to be able to print documents of that I require. The printer will only print through the windows 10 but I can not scan as the tools to scan are not showing up anywhere in the system.

Can someone please advise me where I can find the drivers to work with Windows 10.

Welcome to HP document.

Perform root level uninstallation to remove all the printer related software's.

• In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
• Select your HP printer.
• Select Uninstall.
• In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
• In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
• Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
• Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
• Click on Drivers tab.
• Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
• Select OK.
• Remove all instances of the same.
• Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
• Close Devices and Printers. 
• Restart the PC again.
