Can not Setup the New HP Officejet Pro 9120e series. Tried Uninstalling and reinstalling HP Smart. Manual Installation. Keep getting error message.

Try the following troubleshooting steps:

Check Internet Connection: Ensure that your printer and the device you are using to set up the printer are connected to a stable internet connection.

Restart Devices:

  • Power off your HP printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Turn off your computer or mobile device.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds, then turn on your device and plug the printer back in and power it on.

Verify Printer Firmware:

  • Ensure your printer firmware is up-to-date. You can do this by accessing the printer's menu and searching for firmware updates.

Check Web Services:

  • Ensure that Web Services are enabled on your printer to use certain setup features.
  • If Web Services are not enabled, go to Getting Started with ePrint for instructions on how to enable it.

Verify Printer Configuration:

  • Make sure the printer settings such as language, country/region, date, and time are correctly configured on the control panel of the printer.

Reinstall Printer Software:

Following these steps should hopefully resolve the setup issue with your HP OfficeJet Pro 9120e series printer.
