Product: officejet 5255
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have purchased a new HP PAVILION TP01-2155m PC. Windows 11 has been installed on this computer. I now have an issue with not being able to automatically print on the back side of a page. As it is now, I must manually return the paper back into the printer to print the back side of the page. The AUTOMATIC DUPLEXING UNIT is NOT INSTALLED! (I have a HP OfficeJet 5255 printer). When I first purchased this printer, I was thoroughly pleased with all aspects of it…now not so much. Please can someone advise me as to how I could get the Automatic Duplexing Unit INSTALLED back into the printer???
