can not install printer: Office jest pro 8715 wirelessly

Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

I got a new 8715 and installed it using an ethernet cable. When I try to set up wirelessly (disconnect cable) I get a blue screen with error B83E784C for 2 seconds and then a black screen with "Printer error" and instructions to powere off/on. Doing this just starts the same cyle of errors.

I understand that you are facing issues with your HP OfficeJet Pro 8715 All-in-One Printer wherein it does not connect to the wireless network.

 

This issue could occur if the firmware is not updated.
