Product: hp envy 7640 series

I have a hp envy 7640 series printer. The printer worked fine until I tried to update windows 10. I had to roll back the updates because they made the computer unusable. After the roll back I can no longer print to the printer. When I look in "Printers & Scanners", it says that it is not connected. I know that the printer is connected to the network because I can print from other devices.

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the printer driver. When I go to reinstall the driver it gets to a point and says that I need to register it. The register screen either comes up to a blank page or, if I was lucky, I would get a link to paste to register.

When I go to the link it tells me it can't connect.

I don't know how to get around this so I can get my printer connected again.
