Product: HP Envy 4500 All-in-one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all,

I bought my HP Envy 4500 All-in-One in Australia in 2014 or 15. In 2019 I had to go back home to Germany.

Now I have the common problem with the ink cartridges. I need the country/region code for Germny/Europe.

 

Is there any help possible? I know, warranty is running out. The printer was always a good companion, never problems. So I am not willing to throw it away....too much rubbish in our world....climate change....

 

Who can help?
